Use OWA. You need to have permission on the mailbox. You should also have proper AUTHORIZATION to veiw someone elses email! I hope this information is useful.

You can’t see the mail contents from ESM. As others mentioned, you can use OWA or browse directly from the server if you have full admin rights on the mailbox. Hi, I agree with above persons and user email content cannot be viewed in Exchange Management Console. To access other user mailbox, you should use Outlook or OWA with another user who is granted enough permission to access the mailbox.
