How to use multiple mail sending address in SMTP relay for exchange online

We have a SMTP relay setup for Exchange online and its working fine. But now our requirement is to configure multiple mailbox (not proxy addresses) on SMTP to send mails via SMTP relay.

I know that can be done via multiple proxy addresses, but we need different mailbox, so that any user reply on the mail it go to respective mailbox.

Please suggest.

An SMTP address may be applied to only a single recipient.  You can create a distribution group with the address you want and add all the mailboxes as members.  You can grant rights on the group so that users can send from it.
