What version of Exchange? Access to the mailbox can be logged, but not in any detail, and certainly not who sends a message.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". Parveen I have good news and bad news. You can audit mailbox access and this feature gets better with Exchange 2007 SP2 and Exchange 2010 but, the bad news is, it doesn't work all the well with Exchange 2003. I have added some articles that talk about mailbox auditing. From my experience with Exchange 2003 mailbox auditing, every customer that has ever rolled the built-in solution out, has removed auditing a short while later or bought a 3rd party tool ( I have never come across a 3rd party tool that I liked so I could not reccomend any). If you give the articles a look over let me know if you have any questions. A look at how to audit mailbox access using Exchange System Manager and Event Viewer. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Auditing-Mailbox-Access-Exchange-System-Manager-Event-Viewer.html How to monitor mailbox access by auditing or by viewing Mailbox Resources in Exchange Server http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867640 Check out my blog at http://cbfive.com/blog Chris cbfive.com
