Is it possible to sychronize the outlook 2003 junk mail settings with OWA junk mail settings. whenever i access my Outlook web access via IE, i see lot of junk emails appears. but when i download them to the outlook client, they get into junk folder lot of mails. Is there a way to join my local machine outlook client with the Outlook web access? Thank you very much for the helpful info.

Are you running online or cache mode? it will only work when it is in cache mode for junk email settings. I would suggest to set your outlook to cache mode and then try to add an external email to the junk email rule. Junk email will only work for external emails by the way.
