How to share Exchange 2007 resource mailbox calendar for external users?
Hi all, can you please provide the best possible way to share exchange 2007 resource mailbox calendars to external users. They don't have AD account. Using webdav ? or Using PF option? Already webdav is configured in our environment. Thanks.

Hi MPP007, So far as I know, there is no way to share it directly, you can publish it to Microsoft Office online or to a web server, please refer to the following link: Introduction to publishing Internet Calendars http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/introduction-to-publishing-internet-calendars-HA010174355.aspx Best Regards, EvanPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi Paramesh, Yes, Outlook Web Access Web Parts can let you to open the calendar folder in a mailbox that you are not logged on to. But to use Outlook Web Access Web Parts, both your mailbox and the mailbox that you are accessing through a Web Part must be in the same Active Directory forest. So if the “external users” are in the same forest you can use that way to achieve the goal. But if the “external user” are not in same forest, this way is not fit for you. (The method I gave in my last post is for the user who are not in the same forest) You can get more information from this link: How to Open Another User's Calendar in Outlook Web Access http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb936726(EXCHG.80).aspx If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know. Hi Paramesh, As far as I know, there is no way to achieve the feature you described above. In order to use Outlook Web Access Web Parts, both your mailbox and the mailbox that you are accessing through a Web Part must be in the same Active Directory forest.
