By Default you can access OWA through http://server-name.domain.com/Exchange, it will give a pop-up for user cridentials.but to configure Forms-Based Authentication in OWA and Exchange 2003 than follow the procedure mentioned in the below articlehttp://www.petri.co.il/configuring_forms_based_authentication_in_exchange_2003.htmThanks Hari

JoJo,You need to make sure the following is configured:- an A-record in your external DNS which points to the external IP-address of the server running OWA- on your firwall/router you will need to permit the traffic https(443) or http(80) depending on which option you use- make a port-forwarding if necessary.Regards,Johanblog: www.johanveldhuis.nl

I don't see other people mentioning it, but in order to do OWA securely, you should only allow port 443 (HTTPS) connections. To do this, it requires an SSL certificate. Within that there is a question of cost/benefit. You can do a self signed cert (and expect to see an SSL warning) or a $50 one, or a $1000 one if you want (I don't recommend either of the extremes here)www.digicert.com has reasonable priced certificates and really good support (it's especially helpful that they are very Microsoft aware)
