When we are sending an email in outlook 2013/2007 some of the fonts like (:/;) colon & semi-colon are not coming in proper manner. The following examples are as follows.

From  : xxxx

To      :yyyy

Sub    : Information

Date  : 01.02.2015

In the above example, we are trying to send an email to the client through outlook 2013 & outlook 2007.

The client are receiving the email but the colon are not coming in proper manner and the alignment of colon are changed.The same i have checked in client email all the colon are in improper manner.

Please let me know how to align the settings of colon in outlook 2007/2013.

Which email client is the recipient using?

Does this issue continue if we send an email message to the user from web interface of your email? If this issue continues, it means the problem is not related to Outlook. It is more likely related to the email client the recipient is using.

If this issue only happens when sending emails from Outlook, please try sending emails in different formats to see the result. To change the email format, click Format Text tab and select a different format in Format group.

Please let me know the result.
