How to set an address list to update every 66 minutes
The task given to me is to change an address list to update every 66 minutes. Can anybody explain on how to complete this task.

What do you mean by update an address list? It isn't clear exactly what you are trying to achieve.

Do you refering to Offline Address List? Please go to server node | CAS | Click on Offiline Address Book Distribution | Right click on OAB | Properties | General | Polling Interval (minutes)

Any sort of schedule, like updating the Offline Address Book, will run
only on 15-minute intervals. So 1 hour, or 1 hour and 15 minutes is
doable.
If it has to be 66 minutes you could, for example, set up a scheduled
task to run, say, "Update-OfflineAddressBook".
But if it's the OAB that you want to update the often I'd say that
it's pretty silly since Outlook is only going to download the deltas
once a day.

Can you configure Outlook to download the deltas every 77 minutes?
