Do you refering to Offline Address List? Please go to server node | CAS | Click on Offiline Address Book Distribution | Right click on OAB | Properties | General | Polling Interval (minutes)

If it has to be 66 minutes you could, for example, set up a scheduled task to run, say, "Update-OfflineAddressBook".
