we have multiple exchange 2003 server running multiple storage group. Does anyone know if its possible to send email to all users that are currently in that exchange storage group?

Distribution List base on SG?MVP Exchange Server

How would i get all users on the SG into a distribution list? there are 100 users so it will be time consuming to create the list and add the individual member in.

Use the ADUC. Select "Find..." and on the "Advanced" tab search users that use a specific database. In the results window, select all of them, right-click, and pick "Add to group". Then select the group. Repeat for any other databases in the storage group. Or create a QBDL. Make sure you select thw root of your AD forest for the search scope. As per Rich Matheisen "query based distribution group" is the best option for sending email to particular SG.Dinesh

Best way is to create a "Query-Based Distribution Group" for the desired SG. You can customize it to contain only "Users with Exchange mailbox" and with mailboxes on a specific store. gl !
