How to send EML file?

I have a software, that generates signed "eml" file with attachment.

Like:

Content-Type: application/x-pkcs7-mime; smime-type=signed-data; name="smime.p7m" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-Dis; filename="smime.p7m"

...

What is the easiest way to send it?

I use gmail account and gmail smtp, the "From" field of the "eml" is my gmail address.

I have Outlook 2013 on win8x64.

Thank you for the response!

-- Do you want to send out the "eml" file automatically?

Nope manually.

Now to send it, I open it with Outlook (there is no send button, because of some security issue?), copy it to folder "draft". Open gmail web client, and send it through it.

I was asking the question, because I couldn't understand how to send it with Outlook (because of absense of send button), and after that this solution with google come to the mind...
