hi.. anyone here have an idea for saving the rules in personal folder, i mean instead of saving the rules on exchange server i want to save the rules in each PC and also how to adjust the maximum capacity plss anyone kindly hearted here i need advice please.. Ricky

THat is not a function exchange. There are 'client side rules' that oultook handles by default though. ALso in exchange 07 the rule size is 64k and adjustable.

can you please tell me how to do it, im so greatfull if you help me, by the way my exchange server is only 2003 version do i need to upgrade the version of my exchange in order to adjust or to modify the capacity of the rules? Ricky
