One of my users wants to rename her Exchange 2007 / Outlook 2010 folders.  It was changed and now she wants it to be named Sent Items.  I've tried running outlook.exe /resetfoldernames which didn't

That is the fix.  What was the folder renamed to?

Have her log into OWA - that will sometimes reset the names. If its correct on owa but not in outlook, delete the ost and let outlook recreate it.

As per your description, you had tried outlook.exe /resetfoldernames, But it did not work. Then please use: -

1. Manually renaming the folders via MFCMAPI.
2. Changing the folder language of Exchange accounts via OWA.

It was Melegia Duvali.  I logged into her OWA, the rename option is greyed out.  Any chance of losing anything when the ost is deleted?  Maybe rename it and let Outlook create another one. 

As long as everything synced up to the server, no you won't lose anything.

Looged into her Outlook, changed language to English UK, changed language to English, clicked rename folders, worked.  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
