Outlook doesn't reflect changes in the UI on the fly. You need to change the current folder or re-open items to see changes made through the Outlook object model. So, it is a known fact.

Please let me know, what do you meant by change the current folder.
1. After doing DB changes, I open different folder,then again load business contacts folder and open business contact, but still record is not displaying correctly.
2. I close and re- open the business contact item in outlook.But that time also not displaying correct value.When I close and re-open outlook, then only correct record is displaying in outlook.
I am using shared BCM database in outlook.

According to your description, this issue is relate to Business Contact Manager, which isnt related to outlook object model, we will move this thread to Outlook forum for solutions.
