How to push email out from Exchange Server 2007 every two hours
I have been asked to set our exchange server 2007 to send out emails to our staff every two hours but still giving them the capability of hitting send/receive to pull email down more quickly. Is this possible? if it is, how do I do it??

No, that isn't possible from the server. Email will be delivered to the mailbox as it arrives, Outlook etc is just an extension of that. Otherwise you are looking at changing the Outlook configuration so that it works offline with Send/Receive groups. That is going to require a modification of every client, and I give it a week before it is changed back, and that is being generous - more like four hours. Simon.
