How to open a OneNote embedded into a PowerPoint presentation when in Presenter View

We have a PowerPoint 2013 presentation where we put a OneNote notebook on one of the slides, which we'd like to open, but it appears to only be able to be double-clicked and opened when in editing mode, now when you're in Presenter View.

Is there a way to get it to play without leaving the presentation view all the guests are watching?
