hi,
your question was not clear to me..
if you want to check whether the server is up and running correctly use this
For checking the services: test-servicehealth
For DB's : get-mailboxdatabase -server servername -status | ft name, mounted
Mailflow : test-mailflow (you should have system mailbox for this to succeed)
Mapiconnectivity : test-mapiconnectivity -server servername
Thanks & Regards, Kottees **** Please mark as an answer if it is really helps you.

This "simple tool" with its Windows service component, the correlation engine, is perhaps the most advanced management pack Microsoft has ever written. It requires quite some tweaking, and while immensely impressive and in its second incarnation, there are
things that just don't work.
In addition you would need at to add the MPs for at least Active Directory, Internet Information Services (IIS), Domain Name System (DNS), Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2. If you use TMG, there's an MP for it as well.
All of this requires a working installation of System Center Operations Manager, the latest release being SCOM 2007 R2 with CU5. SCOM 2012 is likely to be out within the next two months.
If you're not familiar with SCOM, the learning curve might be a bit steep, but very rewarding.
Having said all this, we have be using SCOM for almost two years now. I would not like to to without. I don't even do here at home with our small Exchange 2010 server.
