How to modify user's rule data on Exchange 2007
Hi, my name is Edward, Song.
Now, I need a another method about add all user's rulein theOutlook 2007, and how can i make a rule for all users on Exchange Server 2007. About this, you can take a following : "Requirements".
*Requirements*
All users on one organization must have 3 types rule.
External mail ismoved to "External Mailbox" folder on Outlook 2007.
Internal mail is moved to "Inbox" folder on Outlook 2007.
Move to "Any Mailbox" folder when received messages are Include a specified domain such as @aa.com or @bb.com.
Number 1 is organizational level rule so that must be accepted.
We can try to apply method two types.

I'm afraid this can't be done from the server out of the box. Others may be able to provide a 3rd party solution however what is important to remember is that users have ultimate control over their mailbox rules. They can easily delete or change the rules applied to their mailbox.
