How to manually remove an Exchange Server
I had installed Exchange Server SP1 on WIndows Server 2008 R2 . However The mailbox role didn't install as expected . Now I was unable to remove it from control panel or the scripts as it kept on prompting unexpecetd errors encountered. By mistake someone had formatted the machine and installed Windows Server 2008 on the Box . However my Exchange Organization still has this failed installtion and annoying errors keep popping up . Kindly suggest how do i get rid of this Failed installation .I had installed Client Access Server , Hub Transport and Unified Messaging these 3 installed successfully however the Mailbox role didn't .
