Hello all,I am looking for a solution tomake room mailbox resources visible for only designates users. I want to make room resource mailboxes only visible to users which belongs to the site which the room is homed.We are using one Exchange 2007 organization and one forest with one domain.Every help is very appreciated.Regards,NewCybertec

Hi, I would like to explain that we are able to segregate Address List and configure some users able to get the Address List which including Resource Mailbox. The other users get the Address Lists which does not include the Resource Mailbox. White Paper: Configuring Virtual Organizations and Address List Segregation in Exchange 2007 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb936719.aspx Nevertheless, I would like to explain that it is not recommended as the configuration method is complex in nature, and while it can be effective in smaller environments or in limited scope, it can become very challenging to manage such a configuration as the scope of the deployment increases if automation steps are not implemented. I would like to explain that you can control who is able to book resource mailbox and who is not able to do it.
