How to limit exchange server 2003 for a maximum number of mails sent per hour
Hi,
Our ISP limits in 400 mails sent by hour. We need to start sending a overnight newsletter for 2000 customers but we dont want to reach the limit. How can I limit exchange server for sending a maximum os 400 mails per hour?

Exchange server has no way to do this. You could look at writing custom Transport Agent code to accomplish this either for the Edge Transport or the Edge Transport. Or you could get a new ISP.
