You would want to use something like the Exchange 2007 Edge Transport Server that can do address rewrites: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996806.aspx Alternatively, if you're looking to remove the server information from your e-mail headers, you can check this out: http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/05/26/how-to-remove-header-from-outgoing-mails-in-exchange-2007/ MVP | MCSE:M | MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator | MCTS: OCS + Voice Specialization | http://www.shudnow.net

HI,Per my understand you need to hide company internal information from the outgoing email header. In effect you can try with ADSIEDIT or PowerShell to resolve this problem. Please fallow below steps on Edge transport server and Hub transport server. Method 1:-Using ADSIEDITADSI Edit -->CN=Configuration-->CN=Services-->CN=Microsoft Exchange-->CN=First Organization-->CN=Administrative Groups-->CN=Exchange Administrative Group-->CN=Routing Groups-->CN=Exchange routing Group-->CN=Connections-->CN=Send Connector to Internet the right click the appropiate connector and select properties, then set to Deny the Send Routing Headers for ANONYMOUS LOGIN in the Security tab. Then restart both Edge and Hub servers.Method 2:- using powershellplease run below CMDlet on both servers. Get-SendConnector “Connector Name” | Remove-ADPermission -AccessRight ExtendedRight -ExtendedRights “ms-Exch-Send-Headers-Routing” -user “NT AUTHORITY\Anonymous Logon” Resources How To: Remove Header from Outgoing Mails in Exchange 2007 Using ADSI Edit to Edit Active Directory Attributes Regards Chinthaka Shameera | MCITP: EA | MCSE: M | http://howtoexchange.wordpress.com/
