1. By default Calendar has Free/Busy Time to Default object so all users will have permission to see free/busy info. Now if you want to change Default calendar permissions of all the users to reviewer or something then, you can follow below article... (it says for E2010 SP2 but should work for E2013 as well)

Working with Calendar Permissions in Bulk on Exchange 2010 Sp2 - http://careexchange.in/working-with-calendar-permissions-in-bulk-on-exchange-2010-sp2/

2. For all future users you can either create schedule a script mentioned in #1 to run every night or other option is to configure cmdlet extension agent.

Hi Asela,

Excellent answer from Amit.

But I'm still wondering why would your customer need to "share Everyones  Calendar with Everyone".

What is the actual requirement.

See if these alternatives workout for you instead.

Create and share a  public folder:

HI Amit

Thanks for the great information

First requirement was success and working fine . ( Working with Calendar Permissions in Bulk...)

The second one. after I enable Cmdlet Extension Agents , and create a mailbox I am getting an error

I cannot perform any creation in EMC

Thanks

Hi Asela,

What is the error?

You need to have the ScriptingAgentConfig.xml file present on all the servers and client systems where you plan to run the cmdlet. It will not automatically pickup remotely, the file needs to be present locally to work.
