How to get notified of released CU/Hotfixes for Exchange?

Hi,

Is there a way that we can be notified by email when updates with a severity of at least important has been released by Microsoft? Im specifically looking for the ones to update our Exchange farm.

As you could imagine, our Exchange Servers do not have any direct access to the internet, theyre not a part of WSUS/Shavlik or any other update automation process. We do it all manually, thats the reason Im asking.
