Hi,

Could you help me get my computer based Microsoft Outlook 2013 emails on my ipad 3 mini please?

I recently won the ipad and as I've never used Apple stuff before, I finding it difficult doing anything on this thing but it would be useful if I could get my emails from my desktop computer on it.

Also, would I need to do the same steps to get my emails on an Android tablet as my wife has one of these?

It would be really appreciated if you could help.

Hi,

I need to know what type of account you have configured in Outlook 2013, POP, IMAP or Exchange?

If for accounts like IMAP or Exchange, emails are still available on the server, so once you finish configuring the account in iPad, these emails should be available.

For POP3 accounts, emails may be downloaded to local Outlook 2013 and not available on the server anymore, thus even you setup the account on iPad, these emails won't be available.

If your request is just to know how to add email accounts to iPad, my suggestion is to contact the iPad support team.

Thank you for your reply, I set my emails up in IMAP so I'm hoping I can go on 'Fasthosts' StarterPlus website and download instructions from there - I'll let you know how I get on...
