Hi, From the information, I noticed that Outlook request public folder to obtain OAB. In Exchange 2007, please understand that Outlook 2007 needs to have Web Distribution enabled to download OAB. Now please run get-offlineaddressbook |fl command in EMS, verify whether PublicFolderDistributionEnabled is false and WebDistributionEnabled is true. If not, please change it based on the below link:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996330(EXCHG.80).aspx Additionally, please check whether the mailbox store is associated with the Default Offline Address Book. 1. Open Exchange Management Console on Exchange 20072. Locate the mailbox store on the Exchange 2007 mailbox server3. Right click the mailbox store and open properties page4. On Client Settings tab, check whether the Default Offline Address Book is displayed under Offline address book. 5. If not, please click Browse button to locate it. Thanks Allen
