How to generate data for perfmon objects of Unified Messaging Role?
Hi, We would like to generate the following counters(for UM role on Exchange server 2007 and 2010) for perfmon objects provided in bold. MSExchangeUMSubscriberAccess Call Duration Exceeded Calls Rejected Calls Rejected per Second Current Auto Attendant Calls Current CAS Connections Current Fax Calls Current Play on Phone Calls Current Prompt Editing Calls Current Voice Calls Total Play on Phone Calls MSExchangeUMAvailability Call Answer Queued Messages Calls Disconnected on Irrecoverable Internal Error Directory Access Failures Failed to Redirect Call Hub Transport Access Failures Incomplete Signaling Information Mailbox Server Access Failures Maximum Calls Allowed Unhandled Exceptions/sec Worker Process Recycled Queued OCS User Event Notifications MSExchangeUMAutoAttendant Ambiguous Name Transfers Calls Disconnected by UM on Irrecoverable External Error Custom Menu Options Directory Accessed Successfully by Dial by Name Disallowed Transfers Menu Option 1 Used Menu Option 2 Used Menu Option 3 Used Menu Option 4 Used Menu Option 5 Used Menu Option 6 Used Menu Option 7 Used Menu Option 8 Used Menu Option 9 Used Menu Option Timed Out Operator Transfers Operator Transfers Requested by User from Opening Menu Out of Hours Calls Calls with Sent Message Calls with DTMF fallback Sent to Auto Attendant Operator Transfers Requested by User Base counter for % Successful Calls Please let us know the scenarios following which we can generate data for above mentioned counters. Hi, We were able to generate counters other than mentioned above. But tried in our Unified messaging setup and unable to generate the above mentioned counters. Thanks, Vivek Puranik
