How to forward sent mails to other id in exchange 2003
We have Exchange 2003 setup in our organisation on Windows 2003 Domain Environment. We have a OU for Sales and all sales id are in this OU. Our Chairman want to recieve all the mails from these sales email id to 1 id which he can login and view and dont want the sales guys know about this. We want to have all the recieved and sent mails forwarded to the id. Using delivery options i have forwarded the recieving mails, but cant find the option to forward the sent mails. Dont want to enable Journalling as it will be enabled for whole mailstore. Please suggest how can i get this done. Thanks, Vijayendra

Hi, If you don't wanna enable journaling, then there are only few way left, one of them is to apply a client rule which forward all the mail from sent folder to any ID you want to forward, I think in exchange 2003 there are quite a less option in terms of rules & journaling. Thanks ripu for the reply. Is there any way i can apply client rule to the sent folder from server side as i dont have to reveal the users by doing it on the client computers.

Hi, In exchange 2003 I don't think you can have such rule on server end, u have to apply the same on client machine or OWARipu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging
