Hi there,

I know how to forward an entire mailbox to an external mailaccount in Exchange 2013 (through contacts and mailflows), but how can i forward just 1 emailadress from a mailbox and leave the other emailadresses in the internal mailbox?

for example:

we have a mailbox: Test with several smtp adresses: test@domain.com, another@domain.com and we want to forward the mailadres another@domain.com to an external account.

Is this possible?

you can use Outlook/OWA rule or mailflow-rules (from ECP) to do this kind of forwarding.

I have made a rule in OWA (email sent to another@domain.com forward to external account, but the email still stays in the mailbox of Test.

Hi,in the same window where you choose forward to,you also have to check for delete it.It will then delete the Message after fwd.You could also choose permanently delete it so it doesnt go to deleted items
