I have an account on which I want to fordward emails to two or three diffrent mailboxes but it only lets me insert one. Is there a way to configure this?

Set up a DL of the mailboxes you want to foward to, and forward to the DL.

Hey, you can achieve this with the creation of multiple transport rules on your Hub Server, at the Organization level inside EMC. One transport rule for every receiving user.Tough, its way better if you set up a DL containing all the desired users that will receive this email, just as mjolinor said. But you got 2 possibilities.

Do you have to create also a mailbox for the DL or just applied it to the mailbox where you want to fordward?

You never create a mailbox for a DL. It's just a list of recipients.

I have created the DL with the options distribuited and global activated, It gave me the option to create an exchange maibox which I did not activate, then on the members part I put in the mailboxes where I want to fordward. When I went to the mailbox where I want to apply the DL, it says that it can't find that name (user). What is it that I'm doing wrong?
