I want to fix up all our location of outlook Calendar under the calendar subject from server for outlook shared or local users. Users will select his/her meeting/conference location by dropdown menu. We have exchange 2010 servers with DAG system.

Hi,

Generally, the dropdown list cannot show all rooms. It just shows the location history records for users convenience. If you want to create a meeting, we can click New Items > Meeting and there is a Rooms button next to the Location. We can click it to select all rooms in your Exchange environment.
