I am drawing a site structure where a site has bunch of lists, I am connecting the site with the multiple lists, like a tree structure, like so

Site Name

     |_list

     |_list 2  (the vertical line is continuously coming down straight)

but some horizontal connectors are crooked and I tried many ways, it just can't be straightened.

How can I fix that?

Which template did you used with Visio 2010? And how did the connectors crooked?

Try to move the two shapes in the same horizontal location, then I think the connectors will be straight.
