How to find the real size of an Exchange 2007 server dumpster
Is there anyway to see the actual size of the mailbox dumpster on an Exchange 2007 server? I have seen all the articles on how to calculate dumpster space requirements but I would like to know the current real size of the dumpster on my existing servers
as we make our plans to migrate to Exchange 2010.

PerfMon has a counter for "Total Size of Recoverable Items" in the
"MSExchange Mailbox" object.
