Hi, Usually, we publish custom form in Organizational Forms Library or A folder (or Folder Forms Library) so that it is available everyone in your organization or someone who use the folder. In this scenario, administrator can find all the forms on Exchange Server. If user do not publish form to these place, just publish it in Personal Forms Library, then the form is stored as a hidden item in the root folder of your mailbox or Personal Folders (.pst) file, whichever is your default mail delivery location. In this scenario, it is hard to collect the published form. Besides, Windows Search 4.0 has published. Hi, In Exchange 2007, an organizational forms library is a special type of public folder that is listed only under the NON_IPM_SUBTREE systems folder. Since system folders are stored as hidden message, then you may have to follow the below article to access the forms data in the Organizational Forms Library of a Microsoft Exchange Server.
