That just means it hasn't been explicitly configured. Your ActiveSync will still work, but your users will need to know what the URL is, rather than have it displayed to them in a client GUI. To configure the value, you use the Exchange Management
Shell again.
Set-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory "YOURSERVER\Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync (Default Web Site)" -ExternalURL

Thanks Lee,
My doubt is that if it is not available from the CAS?HUB server, is it posible to get it from Edge server.
We have edge server configured, even our OWA external URL also not visible in the CAS/HUB server.
How to pull the details from Edge server as I am in internal network and in different location and not in a position to contact the local admin over there?

Is it possible to get what from Edge server? The internal/external URL value? Since these values are stored centrally in Active Directory, then it will not matter where you get it from - you will always see the same thing, which in your case
is the empty value. You should be able to set it from any location where you can run the Exchange Management Shell.Outlook Web Access For PDA , OWA For WAP

Hi,
The relevant configurations are stored in AD, which is replicated into the ADAM of the Edge server every hour.
Thanks
