Hi all This is my first time so let me know if im heading in the wrong direction. I have just implemented SBS08 and Blackberry Professional server into our company. I am trying to either Synchronise personal and shared contacts automatically, or set up the users default contacts to point to a shared contact list. The reason i am trying to do this is because i have 6 blackberry users that i want to have an up to date contact list at all times. Just so we are on the same channel, i am talking about external contacts not the internal GAL. There is about 3000 contacts so it would be good if i can do an import of a pst. Hi, Using Exchange Server and Sync email with Blackberry?? How about creating public folder and then import personal contacts there? Regards, Xiu

Hi ThereThanks for the replysI have posted in the blackberry forums, also i am already using your idea Xiu with importing the contacts however it is cumbersome and i would like it to happen automaticaly. Is there a way to automate this task to happen maybe several times a day to keep the contacts up to dateThanks
