Hi,
See how is it
Active Directory for Users & Computers-->Domain's group policy and edit it.
User Config--> Administrative Templates--> microsoft outlook 2000-->
Disable items in user interface >> Predefined >> POLICY "disable command
bar buttons and menu items"
Then change the policy and enable everything but BCC field.

I think the poster wants to disable in OWA, not Outlook.

In that case you'd need to have some users use one CAS server and others use another. There's not a way to do this on a user-by-user basis that I've found ]
> In my setup, I want to do this for one AD site users. Site 1 [ one CC R , two HT CAS server-NLB ]. So they use local site CAS server. Can you please tell me what are the Server Side steps to acheive this.

This explains how to always have it visible:

if you change the (true) near the end to (false), then I think will not appear any more.Outlook Web Access For PDA , OWA For WAP

Hi,
Based on my test and research, the BCC field is built-in Client side and I’m afraid that it cannot be disabled in Exchange 2007 Server side or OWA side.
Thanks,
Novak

Hi Ghouseuddin,
The suggestion in above link is not for disabling BCC field. On the contrary, after performing the suggestions, the BCC field will be showed on OWA website.
Please understand that the Exchange/Outlook is designed to accord with RFC standards, and BCC is a RFC compliant for Internet as CC and TO, BCC cannot be disabled
on the server side. This is by design.

Okay, here's something else to try. Make a backup copy of the messageoptionsdialog.aspx file, then open it in Notepad. Search for the text 'chkBcc', and you will find a line like this:
<input type="checkbox" id="chkBcc">
go up to the line before it, and change the <td> tag so that it looks like this:
<td style="visibility:hidden">

Hi,
Can you tell me how to locate the messageoptionsdialog.aspx file? Is the file on the server machine?
