How to determine last login time to MAPI Microsoft Outlook Clients
I need to determine MAPI/Outlook users not using their mailbox's in Exchange 2003. Using ESM console We come to know only OWA users (Last Logged on By/Last Logon Time/ Last Logoff Time). So is there any way to get that information also for Outlook users.

ESM shows all logons by OWA , Mapi or accessing a mailbox with free/busy or shared mailboxes, etc.... Its not a good way to determine if someone is not using their mailbox however since the last logged on event can be triggered by many factors.

Agree with Andy, Exchange System Manager will show you the information you are looking.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

They should be option of Export Content on Mailboxes in ESM. Right click on Mailboxes in ESM and post the option you have. Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

Thanks Gulab for the feedback, I used to export the list to an excel sheet and sort it by last login date, but i need to be sure that list represent all/any connectivity (including MAPI clients) which AndyD clarify it. AndyD_ if you used a dedicated software which give better options to clean up Exchange DBs from unused Mailboxes please list it here.

Well to get that information you will have to use third party application. Unfortunately Exchange 2003 doesn't have that feature, but Exchange 2007 and 210 does has command line option. Cheers, Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah
