How to delete profile from Outlook 2011 for OSX without opening Outlook
Is there a way to delete an Outlook profile in Outlook 2011 on a Mac, like there is on a PC where you go to the Mail control panel.  I can only seem to do it once Outlook is already running.  But i have a user where when they open Outlook, after it connects to the server, then it just starts spinning, so i want to delete the profile and start it all over.

Hi

As per the information and details provided by you, to delete an Outlook profile in Outlook 2011 on a Mac, please follow these steps: -

  1. Quit all open Office programs (Outlook, word, Excel, etc)
  2. Open up the MS Database Utility located under Applications\Microsoft Office2011\Office\.
  3. Highlight the Main Identity and click Rebuild.
  4. When prompted to quit all Office applications, click Quit All.
  5. You may then prompt with an additional screen warning you there is a problem with the Office Database. If you see this click Rebuild again.
  6. The utility will now start rebuilding the database. This can take 5+minutes during which time you can note Office application.
  7. When the rebuild is finished, click Done.
  8. Click and highlight the backup database and click the button to delete.
  9. You will get prompted to confirm the deletion of your backup. Click Delete.
  10. Your Outlook Database has now been rebuilt. You can quit the Database utility and start using Outlook and other Office application again.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.
