I don't know if there (in the title) is the best explanation of what i want to do, but i can show you here. How do i create this:

This part is created with shapes and i want to be generated automatically because if i add text somewhere in the upper part the shapes acts as fixed object.

There is no way I know to do exactly what you want.

However, you could put everything into a table or shape with a left border.
