How to create Dimensional Text Filter in performance point services  2010.?

I think for 2010 its not applicable.., please suggest any other option to create this in 2010.

Not sure the functionality you are looking for specifically, but you can use additional SharePoint filters and incorporate those into your dashboard as well.

But right now my client request is to migrate the environment from 2007 to 2010.

Please suggest which filter i need to use excatly as Dimensional Text filter in Performance point services for 2010 which covers the functionality of Dimensional text filter in PPS 2007..

If soo u need to customize the filter using webparts through Visual Studio..
