I am working with Exchange 2003 and OutLook 2003 sp2 and have created a group in A/D that needs to send emails as a group. I have accomplished this task, but I cannot figure out how to restrict people for responding back to this email address. I would like the receiptants to receive a message that would state that this email address isonly for post of information only. Or something to the effect Please do not reply to this automated acknowledgement. This email account is used for automated outgoing emails only, and is not monitored for replies I would appreciate any suggections on this topics or sights to view for setting this up. Thanks

You could set the account to not accept incoming messages or set a size restriction on the account so it won't receive new messages. You could also put Please do not reply to this automated acknowledgement. This email account is used for automated outgoing emails only, and is not monitored for replies in the signature for that account and force it to use the signatureTodd Seagraves
