How to convert HTML body charset of ISO-2022-JP to UTF-8.
I got a HTML body string from exchange through MAPI. The message code page equal 50222, HTML charset is ISO-2022-JP, I used 3rd party lib UncodeString::extract and CkCharset::convertHtml all cannot convert correctly. I want to know whether there
are ways to resolve this issue? How to use MS API to solve it?

As far as I know, exchange can't convert html body string.
You can also post your question to outlook forum.
