How to control OWA settings for all user inside the domain
I have Exchange server 2007 on windows 2008 server, How to control OWA setting, so I can enforce the delivery & read receipt for all outgoing messages It works fine in outlook 2007 by importing “2007 Office system Administrative Template files “into group policy. Now outlook 2007 tracking options are always checked with no problem But unfortunately I didn’t find any tool to control theses setting through OWA, so please help to find any tool whether by using internal administration or by using development tools that can manipulate OWA settings through IIS

This link shows all the available switches for the Outlook Web App policies in Exchnge 2010. I don't see any mention of forcing read and delivery receipts in here for 2010, so I doubt it is availabe in 2007. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd297989.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351097.aspx Exchange 2007 OWA link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124348(EXCHG.80).aspx Sorry, don't think this is possible native to Exchange Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

Is there any workaround through programming or group policy? As an alternative way, can I change the default settings to be checked. The default settings is unchecked

Definitely not Group Policy as this is to control desktops and regular application settings (not web applications). I will have to poke around in the web.config and IIS files to see, but not to my knowledge is this possible.Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

Hi Tamer.R As your last duplicate case: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/8ca8d021-7882-4c3f-ac9d-fb978a6b516c As elvis refered, it is natively could not be achieved. It is also could not be achieved through a simple transport rule, because all the users in your domain and send different recipients, one must do some develop like the transport agents , when all the user send email, if the header has no: Disposition-Notification-To: Return-Receipt-To: and then add them, but must catch the different recipients to follow them, per my known, it is could not create such rule to achieve your target.
