How to confirm message delivered to all recipients on an address list
Hi everyone, I've my customer's IT manager sent a message to everyone on an address list. All organization employees are on address list. Some received the message some didn't. How do we confirm if message has actually been delivered to everybody? any specific tool to use? Queue viewer shows 0 messages in queue after monitoring for several minutes; meaning no message is waiting delivery. Any confirm method to make sure message got delivered to everyone on the list? Any help appreciated. Regards,

Hi Shahzad, Any update for your issue? As normal, we could use the message tracing built-in tool to confirm the delivery whether is successful. So, could you please check it through the way firstly. Please also do some tests that sending emails to the users who have the issue directly, whether they could receive the mails or not? Then we could narrow the issue. Regards!
