You can not set it for outbound mail/sent items to be forward to mailbox B thru delivery option. You can create outlook rule to achive this goal.Anil

If you need to do it from the Outlook go with Anil's plan. But if you want to go it from the Exchange server, create a contact with external address to which you need to forward. And in the mailbox properties, select to forward the mail to this contact.

Hi Jordan, Yes, you can create the Outlook rule (which help you forward the emails you send)by this way: In Outlook 2010: Open Outlook->Tools->Rules and Alerts->New Rules->Apply rule on message I send->Next ->Next(leave all check box empty)->Choose “CC the message to people or public group”->Click “People or Public group” and choose userB->Next->Next->Finish After you create this rule, Outlook will forward the emails you sent to userB, but this is an Outlook client rule, it will work only when userA's Outlook is running.
