Dear all,

We have Exchange 2013 installed.

When I tried to configure email on my iPhone (ios8.1),it connected,but cannot sync any message from server.

I checked OWA and verify that I do not have any device connected.

Besides, we use windows certificate.

Anyone has

Mr. Hey, I am back, did you install the Windows certificate as a trusted certificate in your iPhone?  Because you'll have to do that, which is why people buy third-party certificates.

I recommend you ask that in an iPhone forum.

a selfsigned certificate works just fine, it's just autodiscover won't work. When you add the exchange account to iphone you will have a warning whether you trust the certificate. If you accept it basically its installed, there is nothing more to do about it.

There are a couple of things can go wrong, however. I suggest you start troublshooting with the Remote Connectivity Analyzer here:  https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

Thanks.

After run test connectivity tool, I found foldersync error.

**Attempting the FolderSync command on the Exchange ActiveSync session.
	The test of the FolderSync command failed.
**Exchange ActiveSync returned an HTTP 500 response (Internal Server Error). We have checked that I have  "Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" checked.

I don't know what you're using to post your replies, but they're kind of a mess.

I tried to compare ACL list  with working phone and non-work man, and found the difference.So that is the stick.
