How to configure Outlook anywhere on MAC

Hello,

Maybe someone knows how to enable outlook anywhere on Mac, the problem is that I cannot make this thing work when the Macbook outside an office. I found a temporary solution which gives an opportunity to work by entering OWA URL in server setting on MAC, but as soon as user comes in office  that field gets auto set back to the internal URL.

Any suggestions?

Hi Santarem,

Which version are you used? Apple Mail or Outlook for Mac?

Apple Mail the client that comes with OSX supports standard protocols (POP3, IMAP, SMTP), these are all supported by Exchange server. However, OS X Snow Leopard and later support Exchange Web Services (EWS) as a connection to Exchange server. More details you can contact support team for Mac.
By the way, we can follow below steps to set up email in Outlook for Mac 2011, for your reference:

If you have Outlook Anywhere working correctly from outside for PC users, then the Mac should pick it up from Autodiscover and connect. Please refer to below link to double check Autodiscover Service and Web service:
