How to configure Exchange to display the time in the format of UTC?

Often there are issues with delivery of messages between users in different time zones - in what time the message was received, at which time the answer has been sent.

Maybe add in a row "sent" the timezone?

Hi,

Use the Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration cmdlet to set regional settings such as time, date, or language for the specified mailbox. The TimeZone parameter specifies the time zone, such as Pacific Standard Time, that the mailbox in the specified region uses. The default value is the time zone setting on the server.

I want a little bit different: it is necessary that the message was an absolute time and specify the time zone of the sender. That anyone can clearly understand what time sent a letter. As indicated in "Internet headers" in message.
