How do you configure Exchange 2007 to allow Outlook autodiscover externally.

In short, you will need to create a external DNS record for autodiscover.smtpdomain.com and point it at a public IP address that ultimately gets translated to your CAS server. The certificate on the CAS server should be a public cert and contain the name autodiscover.smtpdomain.com as one of the SAN names.
