Hi everyone,

I can't change my ost file into pst file outlook 2016, when we try to convert then some problems has been occur. So please suggest me some solution.

Converting an .OST file into a .PST file requires a third party application, Outlook cannot do this by itself.  What you can do is export it to a .PST.  I assume you're doing this for backup purposes, an email account that uses an .OST file cannot use a .PST file instead.  If not, what are you attempting to achieve?

I too came across the challenges that you are facing while changing OST to PST file in Outlook 2016. Based on my past experience, I would like to suggest you to go with the OST changer tool to change your OST file to PST file format.
